Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash: Preferred method.
  • Bank Transfer: Preferred method. Please contact us for our bank details.
  • Card Payment: Accepted, however, please be aware of the following:
  • Mobile network coverage in our area can be unreliable, which may cause difficulties in processing card payments.
  • Card payments incur handling fees from our bank. We encourage you to consider cash or bank transfer whenever possible.
Payment Timing:
    • Services, Prescriptions, and Products (In-Person): Payment for services rendered, prescriptions dispensed, and products purchased during appointments are expected at the time of service.
  • Prescription and Product Orders (Delivery):
      • An invoice will be sent to you upon placing an order for prescriptions or products to be delivered.
      • Your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class once the invoice has been paid in full.
  • General Invoices (Email):
    • Invoices sent via email (typically from pinpointvet@gmail.com) are expected to be paid on the same day they are received.

Late Payment Fees:
  • Invoices overdue by five (5) working days will incur a late payment fee of ten percent (10%) of the total invoice amount.
  • Invoices overdue by ten (10) working days or more will incur a late payment fee of twenty percent (20%) of the total invoice amount.

Important Notes:
  • We strongly encourage timely payment to avoid incurring late payment fees.
  • Please keep all payment confirmations for your records.
  • If you have any questions or concerns regarding our payment policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with as much notice as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Notice & Fees:
  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: No cancellation fee will be applied.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total appointment fee will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total appointment fee will be charged.
  • Cancellation on the same day of the scheduled appointment: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total appointment fee will be charged, in addition to the full home visit (mileage) fee.

 

Repeat Cancellations:
  • If you cancel two consecutive appointments, you will be required to pay for your next appointment in full, upfront, to secure your booking.

Important Notes:
  • We reserve the right to modify or amend this cancellation policy at any time.
  • We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and ensure that we can provide timely services to all our clients.
  • “Appointment fee” refers to the cost of the service provided, exclusive of call out fees.
